Coastal Scents Aqua blue and black!!!!

My sister-in-law Corina was going out to a dinner party with my brother and she wanted a dramatic look! It was very dramatic for her, but she loved it. I used the ol' coastal scents palette 88 matte colors. I used the bright aqua blue on the lid and black in the crease. I applied a very thick liner (MAC fluidline blacktrack) and false lashes. Also, added MAC Vanilla pigment on cheeks for a highlight and Mary Kay Sly blush on cheeks.
